At Julia Testa, we take pride in the quality of our work and want every arrangement to be enjoyed to the fullest. To help your flowers stay fresh and beautiful, we’ve included care instructions below. If there’s ever an issue with your order upon arrival, please let us know—we’re committed to making it right. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Because of the perishable nature of our products, all plant and flower sales are final.
Floral Arrangements
To ensure your arrangement lasts:
- Fill the vase to the top with room temperature water upon delivery.
- Trim the stems at a diagonal angle every 1–2 days.
- Add more water daily or as needed to keep stems submerged.
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heating vents, fans, and areas of extreme cold (below 42°F) or heat (above 72°F).
With proper care, arrangements last 3–5 days. If yours lasts fewer than 3 days, contact us—we’ll gladly replace it at no charge.
Orchids
To ensure your orchid lasts:
Water your orchid with 1/4 cup of water once a week.
Keep it in a bright, well-lit room but out of direct sunlight and away from drafts or heating vents.
Once all blooms have fallen, trim the stem down to the base.
Continue watering weekly and move the orchid to a spot with more direct sunlight to encourage reblooming. With proper care, orchids typically last at least 2 weeks. If yours doesn’t, contact us—we’re happy to replace it at no extra charge.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
At Julia Testa, we take great care to deliver arrangements that reflect the spirit and style of what you see online. While each design aims to match the photo as closely as possible, some elements—such as unique vases or specific seasonal blooms—may occasionally be unavailable due to weather, market conditions, or seasonality.
In these cases, we may make thoughtful substitutions to ensure the overall look, feel, and color palette remain true to the original design. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.
