The team at Julia Testa takes quality very seriously, and wants to ensure that you order is enjoyed for as long as possible. By following the care instructions below, you can make sure your order stays fresh and healthy. If there is ever a problem with your order upon arrival, we want to make it right. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

All plant and flower sales are not refundable.

Home Decor products are exchange or return for store credit only with original receipt within 30 days.  

Floral Arrangements

  1. To ensure your arrangement lasts, trim stems at a diagonal angle and change the water daily.
  2. Add room temperature water when the arrangement is received.
  3. When cared for properly, our arrangements can last 3-5 days. If our arrangement lasts less than 3 days, we’ll be happy to replace the arrangement at no extra charge.


  1. Orchids need a quarter cup of water once a week.
  2. Do not place in direct sunlight, but keep in a well-lit room and away from drafts
  3. When all blooms have bloomed, cut stem to the roots, continue watering once a week and place the orchid in direct sunlight.
  4. When cared for properly, Orchid plants should last at least 2 weeks. If the orchid does not last for at least 2 weeks, we will replace it at no extra charge.

Cactus and Succulents

  1. Keep in bright light.
  2. Let the soil dry completely before watering again.
  3. Do not add water directly to leaves of these plants
  4. When cared for properly, cactus succulent plants should last a minimum of 3 weeks. If your cactus or succulent lasts less than 3 weeks, we will replace it at no extra charge.


In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve received, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Candles and Vases

Julia Testa does not offer refunds for candles or vases, however, we do provide exchanges for your unopened and unused item in its full retail value.


Here at Julia Testa, we happily accept the returns of undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from our store and website. Full exchanges are provided within 30 days of the original purchase date. To exchange a product, the merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. To exchange a gift, the merchandise must also be accompanied by the original receipt.

 Exchange by mail:

To return an item by mail you must receive a return label. You can request a return label by emailing Julia Testa LLC at info@juliatesta.com.

We will email you a return label that you can print from home. You can then safely pack the merchandise in a box of your choosing and place the return label outside of the package. The return label is not pre-paid. You will be responsible for all shipping expenses. Unless the merchandise you originally received was damaged, defective, or the wrong item; return shipping is non-refundable.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement and 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be credited. If the return was International, please allow 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement, and 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
