Refund & Cancellation Policy‬

At Julia Testa, each arrangement is made to order using fresh, perishable materials. For‬ this reason,‬‭ we do not offer refunds‬‭ on floral or‬‭ plant products once they have been‬ prepared for delivery or pickup.‬

‭If there is ever an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us right away—we’re‬ committed to making it right. We may offer a replacement if your flowers do not meet‬ our quality standards or fail to last at least three days with proper care.‬

Order Cancellations‬

‭Orders may be canceled for a full refund‬‭ only if canceled more than 24 hours in‬ advance‬‭ of the scheduled delivery or pickup date.‬

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup will incur a‬‭ $50‬ cancellation fee‬‭ to cover material costs and design labor already in progress.‬

Event clients‬‭ with QuickBooks invoice numbers may‬‭ be eligible for‬‭ store credit‬‭ if their‬ event is canceled more than‬‭ 2 weeks‬‭ prior to the scheduled‬‭ delivery. No store credits are‬ available within 2 weeks of the event due to non-refundable material orders from our‬ growers.‬

All refund and credit decisions remain at the‬‭ discretion of the‬‭ owner‬‭.‬

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees‬

‭If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or‬‭ inability to reach the recipient, we will attempt to contact the sender to arrange alternate‬‭ delivery.‬

If redelivery is required, the sender is responsible for a‬‭ redelivery fee equal to the‬ original delivery charge‬‭. Refunds are not issued for failed deliveries, as our team has‬ already processed perishable materials and committed time and labor to the order.‬

‭Subscription Policy‬

All subscription plans come with‬‭ free delivery‬‭, provided the subscription is maintained‬ for a minimum of‬‭ six consecutive months‬‭.‬

‭If a subscription is‬‭ paused or canceled‬‭ before the‬‭ 6-month minimum is met, the client‬ will be charged retroactively for past deliveries at our standard delivery rate.‬

‭For example, if you received four deliveries before cancellation, a delivery fee will be‬ applied for each of those deliveries and billed at the time of cancellation.‬
